Light does include wire harness. PERFORMANCE HALOGEN AND PRECISION OPTICS: 4in Rally 400s deliver 392 lx @ 10m of light output with a beam distance of 396 meters. Powered by 55W H3 Halogen bulbs and KC's precision designed reflectors, providing extreme light output at high speeds and long distances. AVAILABLE BEAM PATTERN AND ADVANTAGES: Spread Beam - Provides a balanced wider beam of light that increases peripheral visibility, as well improved forward facing light for an increased range of visibility.
